The Quizzly Brand Lift Studies platform is operated by VUUKLE LTD. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. It covers two groups: our customers (people with accounts) and survey respondents (people who answer a survey shown in an ad).

We do not collect respondent names, emails, precise location, or full IP addresses, and we do not place a cross-site tracking pixel or build retargeting profiles.
For customer data, our basis is performance of a contract. For respondent data, the data is collected in anonymised/pseudonymised form for the legitimate interest of measuring advertising effectiveness; where required, the DSP/publisher is responsible for the consent under which the ad (and survey) is served.
We do not sell personal data. We share only as needed to run the Service or where legally required.
Responses are written server-side using a service account; the browser never talks to the database directly. Studies are isolated per account (owners can only read their own studies). Secrets are stored as encrypted environment variables. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our subprocessors. IP addresses are masked before storage.
Study configuration and aggregated results are retained for the life of your account. Raw response records are retained for the period needed to deliver and validate a study, then may be deleted or further aggregated. You can export or request deletion of your study data at any time.
Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The customer app uses only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. The survey creative uses no cookies and no cross-site storage.
